Easy Cocktails with Prosecco

13th of August celebrated a national prosecco day. It is an amazingly refreshing alcoholic drink for the summer but not everyone is a big fan of drinking just prosecco itself. With that in mind, we have compiled a list of 7 easy cocktail recipes with prosecco to make your summer drinks delicious and fresh!


Cranberry Pomegranate Prosecco Cocktail


Without adding complexity, this Cranberry Pomegranate Prosecco Cocktail is a fantastic way to liven up your happy hour. Make this fruity, refreshing beverage for a date night or to enjoy with friends.


Cranberry Pomegranate Prosecco Cocktail

Ingredients (6 glasses):

· 2 tablespoons sugar

· lime wedges

· 750 ml bottle of Prosecco Sparkling Wine, chilled

· 12 tablespoons cranberry-pomegranate juice (If you can't find a cranberry-pomegranate blend, use each juice separately in equal amounts)

· fresh cranberries

· pomegranate seeds


How to Make:

Fill a tiny, shallow plate with sugar. Champagne flutes should have the inside of a lime wedge cut out and rubbed over the rim before being dipped into the sugar dish. Prosecco and cranberry-pomegranate juice (2 teaspoons per glass, more if you want it fruitier!) should be poured into glasses. As desired, garnish with lime wedges, fresh cranberries, and pomegranate seeds. Enjoy!


Sparkling Raspberry Martini


Fresh raspberries, delicious raspberry vodka, and fizzy prosecco combine to create a crisp, refreshing, and slightly sweet sparkling raspberry martini. In addition, it's a lovely pink cocktail!


Sparkling Raspberry Martini

Ingredients:

· Prosecco

· raspberry vodka- Absolut and Smirnoff work great for this.

· fresh raspberries

· white sugar

· raspberry syrup– you can find it at the grocery store or liquor stores


How to make:

Begin with the sugar and raspberries (easier if you use a cocktail shaker). Use a muddler or the back of a wooden or plastic spoon to muddle them together. Add a little more sugar if you prefer your drinks to be really sweet.

Add a few cubes of ice, the raspberry syrup, and the vodka. Shake ferociously while tightly covering the shaker with the lid. Lid removed, prosecco added. Avoid shaking it! Cover, then gently strain into a martini glass to combine the prosecco, raspberry vodka, and raspberry syrup. Additionally, it will stop the raspberry pieces from spilling into the beverage. Ready to drink!


Pink Gin Fizz


This tall, elegant cocktail made with gin and prosecco is ideal for a special event. It practically takes no time at all to try this one at home.

Pink Gin Fizz

Ingredients:

· 40ml pink gin

· Prosecco

· 20ml Sugar Syrup

· 25ml freshly squeezed lemon juice

· Ice cubes


How to make: Before you begin, you need to make sure your glass is very cold. Put some ice in your glass to chill it first.

Get a cocktail shaker ready. 40ml Pink Gin, 20ml sugar syrup (create your own by combining 2 parts sugar with 1 part boiling water and letting it cool), fresh lemon juice, and loads of ice should be added! Now thoroughly shake everything.

Prepare your pre-chilled glass with new ice.


Pour your drink twice through a strainer and into your glass after shaking it in a cocktail shaker. No more than half of the glass should be filled. Add more prosecco to fill your glass. If you are feeling fancy, you can add some dried lavender as decoration.


Pineapple Prosecco Punch


This easy cocktail takes 5 minutes to pre-make and an hour to chill. Easy and delicious, you won’t regret trying it next time you have friends over!

Pineapple Prosecco Punch

Ingredients (8 glasses):

· 2 cups pineapple juice

· 1 cup orange juice

· 1 (750 ml) bottle of prosecco

· 1 pineapple, cut into wedges

· 8 sprigs of rosemary


How to make:

Combine pineapple juice and orange juice in a pitcher. Champagne glasses should be filled halfway with the pineapple-orange mixture. Pour prosecco into the glasses. If preferred, top with pineapple wedges and fresh rosemary before serving. You can also add ice.


Raspberry Peach Sangria


The ideal cocktail to prepare ahead of time for any occasion! literally just takes 5 minutes! Serve with sparkling wine after chilling. That's it!


Raspberry Peach Sangria

Ingredients:

· 1 bottle of dry white wine

· 1/4 cup peach schnapps

· 3 peaches, sliced

· 1 cup raspberries

· 1 (750ml) bottle of prosecco

· 8 sprigs mint


How to make:

Mix white wine, peach schnapps, peaches, and raspberries in a sizable pitcher. For at least one hour, let the mixture chill in the refrigerator. With sparkling white wine, serve over ice and, if preferred, garnish with mint. Voila!


Creamsicle Prosecco Floats


This creamy cocktail is a go-to drink for hot days! With only 3 ingredients, these Creamsicle Prosecco Floats are reminiscent of a sweet delicacy from childhood. They are ideal for dessert on a warm night, brunch with guests, or any other time you want to indulge yourself!

Ingredients:

· 1-2 scoops vanilla ice cream

· 1-2 scoops orange sherbet

· prosecco or champagne

· fresh mint and orange curls for garnish


How to make:

Scoop the orange sherbet and vanilla ice cream into a glass. They will bubble up quite a bit, so you want something deep! Add as much prosecco as you like on top, then garnish with a mint sprig and an orange curl. Serve right away!


Frozen Watermelon Bellini


A playful twist on a summer bellini, this frozen watermelon cocktail mixes the quintessential summer fruit with a frothy sparkling wine. Throughout the summer, when you enjoy outside dining or grilling, this frozen cocktail will help you stay cool.

Frozen Watermelon Bellini

Ingredients:

· Watermelon – You will need to remove the rind and cut it into chunks.

· Water – You do not need to use water if you don’t want to.

· Prosecco

· Mint for garnish


How to make:

First, chop the watermelon into smaller pieces and scrape off the peel. When it's ready, freeze the chunks for four hours in the freezer.


Take the frozen watermelon out of the freezer and purée it in your blender. For a firmer slush and to aid the blender, you can if necessary add 2-3 teaspoons of water.


Place equal amounts of the watermelon slush in each of the four glasses. Pour Prosecco over the slush in each glass when they are all set, then give each one a gentle swirl. As a garnish, you can add one or two mint leaves. Enjoy serving fresh!
